Return Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow guidelines below to complete a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if item needs to be returned or exchanged, the return shipping label cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

To start a return, you can contact us at hammergripstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We encourage to take image(s) of any damaged item received in its original packaging right away so that we can evaluate the issue efficiently. We will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet our criteria. Please note that if the wrong item was ordered then intended, return will be accepted with return shipping label cost being the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that if the product was purchased as a test or a trial of product, and you are unhappy with the purchase, only the lowest product size purchased will be accepted for return/exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items that are used significantly will not be accepted as returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that if item needs to be returned for exchange, the return shipping label cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Issues

If a shipping address is undeliverable by shipping carrier, the order will be cancelled. If the shipping address is not deliverable after item has been shipped, we will not be held liable. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. If the order status shows as delivered, then we are not liable for lost or unreceived order upon delivery.

Return to sender packages

We will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to undeliverable addresses. Once a "return to sender" order is delivered back to us and received, we will examine and notify the customer of the issue. Any further actions including re-delivery, refund, exchange will be at the cost of the buyer. Please note that reprocessing orders and shipping is costly to us businesses, so please ensure that you provide complete and accurate shipping/billing information. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct address, otherwise, the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at hammergripstore@gmail.com. If the order needs to be cancelled after 1 hour, please contact us at hammergripstore@gmail.com - if the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to process the cancellation. If the order has been shipped, then we will not accept cancellation. If the order still needs to be cancelled, then return policy will apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
