Domestic Shipping (within Canada)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the rest of the world which are calculated depending on shipping location at Checkout.

Carrier

We have partnered with Canada Post to provide the best and most reliable shipping solutions for our customers. For Standard Shipping, we generally use Canada Post's Expedited Parcel. For Express Shipping, we use Canada Post's Xpresspost.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hammergripstore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our partnered carrier does not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please note that if a PO Box Address is provided, the customer is responsible for any undelivered packages and additional charges may apply for re-delivery to another address. Please check Return Policy for details on undeliverable addresses and return to sender packages.

Shipping Issues

If a shipping address is undeliverable by shipping carrier, the order will be cancelled. If the shipping address is not deliverable after item has been shipped, we will not be held liable. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. If the order status shows as delivered, then we are not liable for lost or unreceived order upon delivery.

Return to sender packages

We will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to undeliverable addresses. Once a "return to sender" order is delivered back to us and received, we will examine and notify the customer of the issue. Any further actions including re-delivery, refund, exchange will be at the cost of the buyer. Please note that reprocessing orders and shipping is costly to us businesses, so please ensure that you provide complete and accurate shipping/billing information. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct address, otherwise, the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
